A student blows up at a teacher, drops the F-bomb. The usual approach at Lincoln – and, safe to say, at most high schools in this country – is automatic suspension. Instead, Sporleder sits the kid down and says quietly: “Wow. Are you OK? This doesn’t sound like you. What’s going on?”
He gets even more specific: “You really looked stressed. On a scale of 1-10, where are you with your anger?” The kid was ready. Ready, man! For an anger blast to his face….”How could you do that?” “What’s wrong with you?”…and for the big boot out of school. But he was NOT ready for kindness.
The armor-plated defenses melt like ice under a blowtorch and the words pour out: “My dad’s an alcoholic. He’s promised me things my whole life and never keeps those promises.” The waterfall of words that go deep into his home life, which is no piece of breeze, end with this sentence: “I shouldn’t have blown up at the teacher.” Whoa.
“And finally the moment came when I pushed aside what I had done and started to begin again with the announcement that Jupiter himself had never existed; that man was alone in a world in which no voices were heard than his own, a world neither friendly nor unfriendly save he made it so..
How terrifying and glorious the role of man if, indeed, without guidance and without consolation he must create from his own vitals the meaning for his existence and write the rules whereby he lives.”—Julius Caesar, The Ides of March byThornton Wilder
“Everything changes when you start to emit your own frequency rather than absorbing the frequencies around you, when you start imprinting your intent on the universe rather than receiving an imprint from existence.”—Barbara Marciniak
“Satan is a symbol of Man living as his prideful, carnal nature dictates. The reality behind Satan is simply the dark evolutionary force of entropy that permeates all of nature and provides the drive for survival and propagation inherent in all living things. Satan is not a conscious entity to be worshiped, rather a reservoir of power inside each human to be tapped at will.”—Peter H. Gilmore, Satanism:The Feared Religion
“At the beginning of my life, I received my teachings directly from the natural world. I understood the rhythm of existence through the interplay of light and shadow and the subtle changes of the air and climate. I learned that for every mood there is a corresponding season and that our lives are seamlessly connected to the great life of the earth.
When I withdrew in winter and found myself in dark and inaccessible regions, I came to know that darkness is a time for the migration of the soul: I saw then what we hold in common with the roots and seeds—a stage of mute and invisible growth. My inner changes and emotions were often triggered by the land: I would feel the breakthrough of the spring as the windswept sky and a sudden movement of the clouds brought forth a new round of activity. I would become like the hard, insistent shoots sprouting upward from the earth, and something in me would be heartened and encouraged as I stretched my spirit toward the light.
The eruptions of the crocus and the daffodil still remind me that in the days ahead I will know the exhilaration of opening that belongs to the buds and flowers. By such observations, we discover that life is not static or fixed; one thing flows into the next, and we are standing in the midst of it, wide-eyed and innocent.”—Valerie Andrews
“Tantra loves, and loves unconditionally. It never says no to anything whatsoever, because everything is part of the whole, and everything has its own place in the whole, and the whole cannot exist with anything missing from it.”—Osho
“An infant, not being aware of having an individual identity, has no intellect with which to conceptualize and therefore lives in spontaneous freedom without resistance from moment to moment. The same is true of the self-realized sage, who has gone beyond the mind. The life of a sage appears to others to be as purposeless as the actions of an infant. The infant lives in the bliss of ignorance, while the self-realized sage lives in the bliss beyond both ignorance and knowledge. In fact the sage is no longer even an individual, in spite of the presence of a fully developed intellect.”—Ramesh, Net of Jewels
Your bodies are starting to reject many more of your foods in a way that they have not previously. This is the primary source of the feelings of lethargy and physical un-wellness that many of you are experiencing. You therefore need to be proactive in creating ascension diets that support the new energies. You are in energetic conflict – caused by continuing to take on heavy foods that provide you only with low frequency energies when the energy environment around you is well-advanced in moving to a completely different set of frequencies. It means that you cannot properly metabolise the new energies as their place is blocked by the old ones you are still bringing in to your bodies.
You will find that dowsing for food types will assist. Be aware that many of the ideas from the past as to what does, or does not support your bodies will fall by the way-side. Things that were wrong for your type in the past may no longer be. Things that were right may now be holding you back. The matter of an ascension diet requires a completely new approach from what went before.
There are some basic principles that will assist you.
First, the body has the ability to metabolise sunlight directly, and this ability is being greatly enhanced by the continuing change in frequencies. If you spend some time in the sun, and consciously connect with, and draw in, its energies, this will replace some of your need to metabolise food – but for now, this will only cover perhaps a quarter of your needs, even if you make the very best use of the required techniques. Note how your state of health and related bodily feelings apparently respond as the sun comes out, and vice versa. See what you can learn from this experience.
As you learn to metabolise energy in this way, i.e., directly, health problems may at first be exacerbated without appropriate action by you. This is caused by the two frequency groups – i.e. directly metabolised and low energy food – clashing.
Second, look for lightness in your foodstuffs, together with high but light energy. If you sit and make a list of ‘light foods’ some useful possibilities will come forward.
Third, get into the habit of eating when your body requires it, and do not automatically sit down to a meal if you don’t actually feel the need for it.
Next, put an emphasis on foods that retain their life-force. This means that uncooked vegetables, for instance, will provide more energy than when they are cooked. Where vegetables are steamed, use the minimum time to create the effect you want.
The source of food is important. If grown food of any type has been attended with love and care, it will inevitably provide you with more than that which is intensively farmed. If you can grow your own, so much the better. Comments about chemicals and steroids used to enhance the growth of foods remain valid – they pollute your bodies in serious ways that, in turn, hold your frequency down.
The bread that you eat can be greatly improved upon. Baking for yourselves, and returning to old forms of flour that balance and energize the body, will be dramatically better than convenience bread.
As you find new food types, it is important to have fun with them – there is no reason why new meals, following the guidelines above, should not be exceedingly tasty, and completely satisfying.
It is helpful to make kombucha (try Googling this, easy and very cheap to make at home) since this is a great body healer, support for your immune system and cleanser, and is intended to benefit you at this time. It is valuable to keep this in your diet, as it both cleanses and energises in unique ways.
It is the moment in which you purchase foodstuffs that determine how your diets will evolve. It may seem self-evident, but if you buy food that is not beneficial, then you will eat food that is not beneficial. You are all well programmed to reach out for familiar packs when visiting the supermarket. Shopping will now need to be far more conscious, as you embrace the need to evolve suitable ascension diets.
Some older cultural practices include fasting at least once per week. The thinking behind this is sound, as it allows the body to eliminate and clear its own systems on a regular basis. It would be good to adapt this, and one day per week on your Master Cleanser (fresh lemon juice x2, sweeten with a little maple syrup and add moderately hot water = total one pint as many times as your body wants) and no other foodstuffs would be beneficial. Occasional longer fasts will also help.
All forms of de-toxifying should be considered, so that the legacy of many years of ‘old’ food types can be cleared to allow the new energies in.
All these things are known to you, and simply need adopting into a regular routine. However, there are many others that will be genuinely new to you, and which will come forward if you are serious about finding new energy sources.
On another front, small amounts of focused exercise allow you to re-form the body, both at contour level, and internally. Many aspects of your incarnated vehicle can be re-engineered as the era of magic comes into being. You need your visualization, yes, but the physical practices that go with visualizing are important, since you then impact and program your physical vehicle far more quickly than by visualizing alone.
Generally, if you carefully note the conversations that your bodies offer you, you will learn how to read them, how to respond, and just what your bodies require for optimum health and energy. This will then assist you along your path.
“However you may be, be your own source of experience. Throw off your discontent about your nature. Forgive yourself, your own self. You have it in your power to merge everything you have lived through; false starts, errors, delusions, passions, your loves and your hopes into your goal with nothing left over.”—Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche
“Time isn’t precious at all, because it is an illusion. What you perceive as precious is not time but the one point that is out of time: the Now. That is precious indeed. The more you are focused on time—past and future—the more you miss the Now, the most precious thing there is.”—Eckhart Tolle
“You are like an exquisite blossom, with talents ready to unfold.
You have a thousand petals, unfurling to gently behold.
Each petal has a story, whispering in your ear. Amazing in its wisdom, that you can finally hear.
The blossom is quite special, for it won’t wilt or die..
It draws upon energy from the Universe beyond the sky.
It shows much strength and beauty in a calm and peaceful way.
Each petal joins together in a lovely, unique display.
Pressing softly to your heart, feel the love it gives.
When a thousand times magnified, it will show you how to live. And when you feel the blossom,
connect joyfully with your soul.
You’ll realize its thousand petals,
teach lessons how to be whole.”—Margaret Jang
“On March 15, over 1,500 beekeepers and anti-GMO protesters marched through the streets of Warsaw, depositing thousands of dead bees on the steps of the Ministry of Agriculture in protest of genetically modified foods and their pesticides which are together largely responsible for the killing off of bees, butterflies, moths and other beneficial pollinators in great numbers.
Later that day the Minister of Agriculture, Marek Sawicki, announced plans to ban MON810, which has already produced millions of hectares of pesticide resistant “superweeds” in the US.
The Polish Beekeepers Association organized the protest, joining forces with International Coalition to Protect the Polish Countryside (ICPPC) and the Coalition for a GMO Free Poland. Targeting Monsanto’s MON810 GM corn in particular, they also called for a complete ban on all genetically engineered crops as well as the pesticides found to be most damaging to the environment (and particularly to bees). Too bad, the White House appointed the former Monsanto vice president for publc policy, Michael Taylor, as second in charge at the Food and Drug Admimistration.
Bad for the bees; bad for us.”—
