Anonymous asked: How do you deal/handle negative people, you know the ones who can really bring down your energy?

The way I deal with it is by not dealing with it.. because when you give your energy to something you are in a sense giving it fuel.
So the way I deal with negativity is by sending it love and light. That simply strengthens my energy field and also sends positive intent into the Universe.

Focus on the positive aspects of reality.
