Anonymous asked: I recently lost my dog, whom I've had for years and I am struggling to cope. I'm finding myself being depressed, struggling doing just day to day things. How do you deal with loss? What are ways to deal with loss? Thank you so much. xo

I am very sad to hear about your companion’s passing. I recently lost my tabby cat, Caesar. He was my lovely companion for over 10 years.
But we have to let them go.. it is their time after all.
Recognize that you did not lose anything at this time, but instead gained a new experience, which will make you stronger.
Don’t die for the dead, pick yourself up and live. Spend more time outside speaking with the trees.
Be grateful for all those moments spent together. Carry the love you have for your pet onto your new companion. Don’t replace them, but rather allow them to live in your heart where they are with you forever.
They are always with us. Nobody actually departs for good.. <3

Anonymous asked: you're so wonderful, I wanted to ask your something. Recently I've felt like I am not friends with the right people in my life, I've realised this soon after I started meditating and things like that. I know I should take people for who they are but does that mean I should stay friends with them? I don't want to hurt them but I don't know what to do anymore :/

There comes a time in everyones lives when they say “enough is enough”.
You are aware of something and you want to change it.
Yes, emotions may run high.
Yes, you may have been friends forever.
Yes, they are your friends… but only if you choose to keep them in your life.
I personally would much rather be on my own than in a group of friends that I am unhappy with.

Be your own best friend. You deserve to be happy.
But there cannot be a rainbow without rain.. so brave the weather and let it be!

Anonymous asked: i am intrigued about owls do you know anything about them? like an spiritual story or something like that? your blog is my fav <3

Perhaps Owl is part of your spirit totem.
Owls are wise, stealthy.. they can turn their heads almost all the way around.
Study the owl, and then see if there are some qualities that you are lacking and the owl can give to you. Call to this animal before you wander off to dream, maybe she will visit you…

Anonymous asked: do you realize how many contradictions there are in all of these quotes?

In this life we must live in order to die. How contradictory is that!

Anonymous asked: I'm carrying a lot of baggage from the miscommunication, hatred, towards my mom. how do i let go of it.? I'm also dealing with all this anxiety, obsessive worrying about little things and frustration and hate towards myself and everything. how do i get past it?

How do you get past it?? With Love.
Take off that mask you’re wearing and be yourSelf. Reach out to your mother and love her like you truly wish to.
Open your heart by communicating and expressing your gratitude and love of the Universe and all that is within.
Take off that Ego mask.. look with the heart and you will know what needs to be done.

Anonymous asked: Can you please give all your advice to someone with terrible anxiety? I refuse to take addictive pharmaceutical anti anxiety medication. I want to help myself and I just need to know how... please share any and all the wisdom you have. Thank you so much

Anxiety stems from over active thought process.
Go inwards.. spend at least 10 minutes a day meditating. Focus. Work on your focus. You need to quiet your mind.
Quiet your mind and you reveal the soul.

Anonymous asked: Hi, does it ever seem to you as you can 'talk'..have a conversation with your reality? that thoughts manifest themselves in reality... had to get this off my mind, excuse me. have a nice day :)

The Universe is always “talking”.. through the plants, through the animals—even through the breezes.
The Universe has a way of speaking that the heart can hear if the mind is quiet enough.

Anonymous asked: I've been really interested in chakras and energy from a young age and more recently I've been getting even more into it. Sometimes I feel as though I am two people one materialistic and girly and the other the complete opposite. One who doesnt care about material things and who is only interested in making a spiritual journey I want to leave the materialistic side of me behind and I know I should to have a full spiritual awakening but I'm finding it very hard any advice?

Embrace the materialistic aspect of this reality. Immerse yourself in it. Be it. Live it. Feel it.
De-clutter your life.. keep only the things that help express Who You Are within this shell.
Materialistic things are here to help you express who you are, so use them.
You are already awakened, you just need to open your eyes a little wider and quiet your mind a little more.
Spend more time with your Self. Let yourSelf guide yourself.

Anonymous asked: My dad always says sarcastically about veganism, "So why do you eat vegetables and fruit? They're living things too!" I have no idea how to respond. what do you think the difference is behind eating animals and eating plants? I do feel like they also have consciousness.

Plant life is just as conscious as anything else in this existence except that compared to animal life plants don’t cry out in horror or bleed rivers of blood, therefore making it more humane to ingest, etc.

Anonymous asked: i have a question, why is it that sometimes when i walk into a classroom or the gym i just feel like I'm unable to be there like there's a barrier between me and the environment and so i leave because i know id only feel worse if i stayed there..why do you think that is? it's entirely emotionally or..energy driven, it's not me being self conscious or anything its just a very strong feeling and i choose not to fight it but idk what causes it.

Sounds like you are not down for that sort of environment. I’m not either.
This is energetically and emotionally driven. You sense that energetically that place doesn’t “speak” to you, so you react emotionally by avoiding it, etc.
Tough it out if you want, or avoid it and find an alternative like at home learning.
Spend more time in nature—ground yourself, and you will have an easier time dealing with the confines of institutionalization.

Anonymous asked: Sometimes I feel as though in order to become one with yourself and to attain the fullest spirituality , it's necessary to become emotionally dead. When I say this, I mean that it seems like irrational emotions such as jealousy or anger must disappear, would you say this is true in any form?

I’m going to assume that by “fullest spirituality” you mean transcendence of duality.

One can not be emotionally dead and experience fullest spirituality.. rather one needs to be aware of, experience, and understand what these emotions are and where they’re coming from in order to transcend them.

When you strengthen your intuitive/spiritual/psychic senses you are also able to feel more, this is in no way whatsoever a state of being emotionally dead. “Fullest spirituality” is when you can appreciate and feel each moment and dance the cosmic dance with all of existence, this means the highs and the lows.
It’s about what you do with your emotions.

hauolimikiela-deactivated201304 asked: im wondering why you put schizophrenia on your last post?

The reason for this is because I’ve been told a couple of times by doctors and counselors that I show various signs of schizophrenia because my visual perception is “distorted” and my thought patterns are unique to what is considered “normal”.
I believe that schizophrenic persons are highly misunderstood.. Being able to pierce through the veil of 3D reality and see into dimensions beyond what is considered “normal” is something that can be cultivated and developed with acceptance, understanding, and practice.

Our society defines these people as “insane”, when they’re really just perceiving more than the average person. The veil is more lifted and allows for a broader vision.
If a person isn’t able to “get a grip” on themselves and understand that they are perceiving other realities and control the negativity, they develop not so pleasant reactions to their condition.
